Dalian Haoye Permanent Magnet Coupler HCOX-360 Magnetic Coupler Torque-limited Magnetic Coupler Recruitment Agent Cooperation
The principle of magnetic induction is produced by the relative motion between magnet and conductor. That is to say, the output speed of the torque-limited permanent magnet coupling is always smaller than the input speed, and the speed difference is called slip. Generally, when the motor is running at full speed, the slip rate is between 1% and 5%. At the initial position, the air gap between the two is h=3-5mm. After the motor is started, the copper rotor connected with the motor quickly reaches the rated speed of the motor, and there is a large relative speed difference between the copper rotor and the permanent magnet rotor. At the initial moment of starting, the magnetic induction force generated by the speed difference will push the air gap between them to 8mm, so that the motor can reach its rated speed under light load; With the increasing speed of the load, the relative speed difference between the permanent magnet assembly and the conductive assembly decreases to a small value. The magnetic induction force pulls the air gap between them to gradually return to the air gap at the initial position, and the transmitted torque gradually increases, so that the load reaches the rated speed.
